Lake Dardanelle State Park is in two areas on the 34,300-acre Lake Dardanelle, a reservoir on the Arkansas River. The main site in Russellville has the Sport Fishing Weigh-in Pavilion, a fishing pier, a swimming beach, a boardwalk, a trail and a visitor center with 8,000-gallon aquariums, plus the Lakeview Room meeting facility. Park interpreters lead programs and lake tours. The Russellville area has 57 campsites (16 Class AAA, 14 Class AA and others). The visitor center is open daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
