ParkedRV ("ParkedRV," "we," "us," "our," or "the Site") is a free online guide that helps RVers search and browse campgrounds, RV parks and state parks across the United States, and features RV tools, gear and accessories from third-party retailers. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
ParkedRV is an informational guide only. We do not own, manage, inspect or operate any campground, RV park, state park or other location shown on the Site. We do not take bookings, reservations or payments for any location, and we are not a party to any reservation, stay, purchase or other arrangement you make with a park, campground, reservation service or retailer.
Always confirm details directly with the campground, RV park or state park before you go. ParkedRV assumes no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, cancellation, closure, fee, dispute or other issue arising from a location shown on the Site, from information that turns out to be inaccurate or out of date, or from any arrangement you make with a third party. You visit, book, pay for and stay at any location entirely at your own risk.
Campground, RV park and state park information on the Site, including names, locations, amenities, fees, reservation details, photos, descriptions and maps, is compiled from public and third-party sources. We do our best to keep it useful, but we do not verify it, and we do not guarantee that any location is open, available, accurately described, safe, accessible or suitable for your RV or travel plans. Details such as hours, fees, seasons, site lengths, hookups and rules change often, so check with the location or its official website before relying on them.
RV travel involves inherent risks, including road and weather conditions, vehicle limits and the conditions at any destination. You are solely responsible for your own trip planning, safety, vehicle, and compliance with park rules, local laws and posted regulations. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, safety or mechanical advice.
The Site links to websites we don't control, including park and campground websites, reservation services, map providers and online retailers. Those websites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, products, services or practices.
Products shown in Featured Products and Shop RV Gear are sold by third-party retailers, not by ParkedRV. Prices, availability and descriptions are set by the retailer and may change at any time, so the price shown on the Site may differ from the price at checkout. Any purchase, shipping, return, warranty or product issue is between you and the retailer or manufacturer. Some product links may be affiliate links, meaning ParkedRV may earn a small commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. This never changes the price you pay.
ParkedRV does not currently accept listings from campground, lot or land owners. We plan to offer owner listings in the future. When that feature launches, we will update these Terms with the rules that apply to owners, listings and guests, and anyone using that feature will need to agree to the updated Terms.
You don't need an account to search or browse the Site. If you do have an account, you must give accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

The ParkedRV name, logo, design and original content on the Site belong to ParkedRV and may not be copied or reused without our permission. Some photos, data and descriptions come from third parties and remain the property of their owners. If you believe content on the Site infringes your rights or is inaccurate, contact us at the address below and we will review it.
If you send us any content, such as a correction, suggestion or photo, you confirm you have the right to share it and give ParkedRV permission to use, edit and display it on the Site.
The Site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkedRV, its owners and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data or travel costs, arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any information on the Site, any location shown on the Site, any product purchased through a link on the Site, or any interaction with a third party.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any account, and remove any content, at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time, including when new features such as owner listings are added. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
