Navajo Lake is the second largest lake in the state, with multiple campgrounds, two marinas and two boat docks. It is a haven for motorized boaters, canoers, kayakers, water skiers and sailors. Below the dam, the San Juan River is a world-class fly-fishing destination with its own campground, day-use areas and trail. The park has 244 developed campsites. A boil water advisory was in effect at the Cottonwood water system, so check park alerts before going.
