About this park
Delaware State Park combines dense woodlands, open meadows and a 1,300-acre reservoir north of Columbus. Boaters will find a marina, ramps for power and paddle craft and seasonal docks, and the lake has no horsepower limit. A large family campground is surrounded by mature trees. The park also offers swimming, biking, ball courts, disc golf, birdwatching and secluded picnic areas. Area C of the campground (sites 101-157) is closed for a construction project beginning October 4, 2026, so confirm site availability before booking. Hiking trails through the woods and an accessible launch give visitors of all abilities ways to enjoy the water and land.
