The Glacial Drumlin State Trail stretches 52 miles between Wisconsin's two largest urban areas, Milwaukee and Madison, from Cottage Grove to Waukesha through ten small towns, including Deerfield, Lake Mills, Jefferson and Dousman. Thirteen miles are asphalt and 39 crushed stone. It follows an abandoned rail corridor except for a 1.5-mile section, and runs beside State Highway 18 and I-94. It is open year-round. Coordinates are at Lake Mills, near the middle.
