Pengra Access is a 94-acre day-use park on the north bank of the Middle Fork of the Willamette River, with its entrance 5 miles northwest of Lowell along Pengra Road. The grassy, oak-lined park has a popular boat ramp for anglers fishing steelhead, salmon and trout, a small picnic area and a quarter-mile trail.
