Sadlers Creek State Park sits on 395 acres on a peninsula in Lake Hartwell, one of the Savannah River reservoirs. It is close to I-85 and Anderson, so it is easy to reach. Anglers can use a 100-foot pier that extends into a deep-water cove and two boat ramps that open onto the 56,000-acre lake. A lakeside pavilion and two rental shelters serve family reunions and groups. The campground has 51 standard sites, 14 tent-only sites and group youth camping areas, many on the lakeshore.
