About this park

Salty Brine is a tiny beach, barely 100 yards long, with gentle surf set close to the busy Galilee docks and several seafood restaurants. Inside the three-mile sea wall and protected from the surf, it is good for young children. You can watch fishing boats, pleasure boats and ferries go by up close. Formerly Galilee State Beach, it was dedicated in 1990 to radio personality Salty Brine. Parking fills quickly on summer weekends.
