About this park

The Klickitat Trail follows an old railroad corridor that once linked Lyle and Goldendale. It runs along the Klickitat River to Swale Creek and through Swale Canyon, with oak and pine forests and spring wildflowers. The trail is open 6:30 a.m. to dusk year round. Check conditions before going, as trucks may use parts of the northern Swale section during work.
