Caddo Lake State Park is on the Big Cypress Bayou in East Texas, where bald cypress trees draped with Spanish moss tower over a maze of bayous. Visitors paddle underneath the trees, fish for any of more than 70 species of fish, and explore the trails. Historic cabins built more than 80 years ago by the Civilian Conservation Corps can be rented, and rangers lead programs about the park.
