About this park
Deer Mountain Campground is a primitive campground in Connecticut Lakes State Forest, about five miles south of the Canadian border, along Route 3 in an area known as Moose Alley and a prime place to see moose. It has 25 primitive sites with tent platforms and a cabin option, Cornpopper Cabin. The campground operates seasonally from late May through mid-October, and pets are welcome except in cabins.
