Cedars of Lebanon State Park covers about 3,150 acres east of Nashville and protects a globally rare cedar glade ecosystem. The glades hold plants found in few other places, and hikers can explore unique rock formations and the surrounding state forest. The park has a campground and cabins, disc golf, horseback riding and hunting in season. A seasonal splash pad runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and a heritage farm adds a historical stop. Spring wildflowers on the glades are a highlight.
