About this park

Darlingtonia is the only Oregon state park property dedicated to protecting a single plant species, and the only one that protects carnivorous plants. The 18-acre botanical park has parking and a boardwalk trail into a fen. The fen is home to Darlingtonia californica, the cobra lily, a rare, strangely shaped member of the pitcher plant family.
