About this park
Rockland Lake State Park surrounds a lake on a ridge of Hook Mountain above the west bank of the Hudson River. The park has a large zero-entrance swimming pool complex of about 25,000 square feet with diving boards, a spray ground and two water slides, plus a playground for children 12 and under. Picnic areas, a car-top boat launch dock and hiking trails round out the facilities. Golf tee times can be booked online.
