Hyrum State Park is best known for fishing, with bass, trout, perch and bluegill, and wipers introduced by the Division of Wildlife Resources in 2024. In summer there is a beach and opportunities for boating and water sports. The park has one boat ramp, a fish cleaning station, 32 campsites, two cabins and one large group site. The boat ramp was posted as closed, with launching at your own risk, and a West Nile virus advisory was posted. The phone shown is the Utah State Parks headquarters line.
