About this park
Little Metigoshe State Recreation Area is a free-use area half a mile west of Lake Metigoshe State Park on Lake Loop Drive. It has a sand volleyball court, a picnic and grilling area, a fishing dock, a vault toilet and free parking. In winter it is a lake access point for ice fishermen. There is no camping or overnight parking.
