Pierson Ranch Recreation Area opened in 1959 and is the oldest campground in the area, the first built after Gavins Point Dam was completed. It sits between Chief White Crane and Lewis and Clark recreation areas on Lewis and Clark Lake. Visitors can use all three parks. The campground has 67 campsites and two camping cabins, and a kitchenette picnic shelter is available to rent. Disc golf, basketball, fishing and hiking are available.
