Why we built ParkedRV

Planning a camping or RV trip usually means bouncing between a handful of different sites — one for finding a campground, another for checking if it's actually RV friendly, a third for reservations, and a few more for the gear you forgot to pack. ParkedRV started as an attempt to put the important parts of that process in one place.

Today the site brings together thousands of campgrounds and RV parks, plus over a thousand state parks, from across the country into a single, searchable database — filterable by state, RV friendliness, and reservation availability — alongside a curated shop of RV gear, tools, and accessories we'd actually use ourselves.

We're a small, independent site, not a big booking platform — which means we can stay focused on the two things that matter most: helping you find a good place to park, and helping you get there prepared. Read more about ParkedRV →
